Be Seen. Be Real. Be You.

For anyone who's ever felt like they had to shrink, hide, or perform to be accepted — this is your permission to be real.

As a mental health speaker, help people reconnect with themselves, rewrite old narratives, and reclaim their worth.

Whether speaking to students, professionals, or community groups, I use personal storytelling, clinical insight, and an empathetic lens to create powerful conversations around mental health, self-image, and emotional well-being. My message centers on hope, healing, and the courage it takes to choose yourself—especially in a world that often rewards burnout, perfectionism, and performance. My work is rooted in the belief that we all deserve to take up space, speak our truth, and feel at home in who we are.

Through every keynote, workshop, or conversation, I aim to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to begin or continue their own healing journey.

Meet Morgan

Hi, I’m Morgan! I'm a mental health speaker, licensed clinical social worker, therapist, certified personal trainer, and author. Ten years ago, I was hospitalized for a life-threatening eating disorder. At the time, I thought my life was over. In reality, it was just beginning. That experience taught me to truly know, care for, and love myself, and it showed me the power of intentionally creating a life I love.

Today, I live my life in full color, embracing joy, curiosity, connection, and purpose, and I help others do the same. I speak to people who have felt disconnected, anxious, or unworthy, guiding them to rewrite their stories, find their voice, and create lives full of energy, fulfillment, and joy.

When I’m not speaking, you can find me painting, writing, hiking, exploring, and spending time with my loved ones. I am passionate about creating experiences that leave audiences feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to live their best lives. I look forward to being part of your next event and helping your audience discover purpose, joy, and limitless potential.

Morgan's Topics

Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-acceptance and possibility, empowering you to own your voice and feel comfortable in your skin.

Beyond My Mask: Embracing Authenticity, Overcoming Struggles, and Cultivating a Healthy Self-Image.

Embark on a transformative journey with Morgan in Beyond My Mask, a powerful keynote designed to help you embrace your emotions, own your voice, and reclaim your authenticity. With vulnerability and strength, Morgan shares her personal story navigating self-doubt, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and a life-threatening eating disorder—and how she ultimately found her way back to herself.

But this session is more than a story of survival, it's a call to action.

Through heartfelt reflection and hard-won insight, Morgan offers a roadmap for building a healthy relationship with yourself, learning to take up space unapologetically, and making the courageous decision to choose yourself—again and again. Her journey invites others to shed the masks they wear and step into a life rooted in self-trust, worthiness, and true belonging.

Ideal for youth, students, and young adults, Beyond My Mask is an inspiring, deeply human experience that reminds us: healing is possible, your voice matters, and you were never too much—you were always enough.

Burn Bright, Not Out: Reimagining Self-Care as a Power Strategy

In a culture that celebrates hustle and perfection, burnout has become the silent badge of honor—and too many of us are running on empty behind polished smiles and packed calendars.

In this empowering and interactive workshop, Morgan invites you to challenge the myth that rest must be earned and self-care is selfish. Through a blend of storytelling, clinical insight, and guided reflection, you’ll explore the emotional roots of burnout, the quiet weight of high-functioning anxiety, and the patterns of people-pleasing and self-pressure that often go unnoticed.

Participants will walk away with:

  • A deeper understanding of burnout beyond the buzzword

  • Tools to regulate your nervous system and protect your energy

  • Permission to redefine rest, worth, and success on your own terms

Whether you're a student, leader, caregiver, or professional, this session offers a compassionate space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn to burn bright—without burning out.

In My Own Skin: Body Image, Confidence, and Powerful Self-Acceptance

In a world shaped by comparison, social media, and unrealistic beauty standards, many students find themselves stuck in cycles of self-criticism and never feeling “enough.” In this engaging keynote or interactive workshop, Morgan helps students unpack the pressure to achieve the “ideal” and explores the true cost of chasing it.

Drawing from both lived experience and clinical insight, she introduces a more sustainable approach to self-image through body neutrality—shifting the focus away from appearance and toward self-respect, functionality, and overall well-being. Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools, students learn to recognize unhelpful patterns, challenge comparison culture, and reconnect with what actually matters to them.

This session emphasizes creating a life rooted in alignment—where choices, values, and identity feel authentic rather than performative—empowering students to show up more confidently in all areas of their lives.

Participants will walk away with:

  • A deeper understanding of how beauty standards and comparison impact self-image and mental health

  • Insight into the hidden cost of pursuing the “ideal” and how it can lead to disconnection

  • Tools to shift toward body neutrality and a more peaceful relationship with their body

  • Practical ways to challenge negative self-talk and comparison patterns

  • Clarity on personal values and how to begin building a life that feels aligned and authentic

Morgan was an amazing speaker for my non-profit's anti-stigma symposium. She was an amazing speaker to work with, beyond kind to work with, and extremely caring to the students who wanted to ask her questions both after her presentation and during our panel session. Morgan made a huge impact on the high school students she spoke to with sharing her powerful story. I plan to work with her again with my non-profit's future events and recommend her to anyone who needs a speaker.

Morgan was amazing to bring to campus, her energy is infectious. She made a real impact on the students she talked to with some leaving the space saying how much they appreciated her talk about self love! They also had some really great ideas on how they can practice self love starting right then. As a professional, I took copious notes and am using them now to rethink how we approach conversations and education about body image and self love too!
